Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy sets out the terms upon which Marvelle Palace dispatches notebooks, writing pads and paper goods ordered through marvellepalace.shop. It applies to deliveries within India only.

1. Dispatch Locations and Coverage

1.1 Orders are packed and dispatched from our premises at 105, Paper Mills Rd, Neelam Garden, Bunder Garden, Perambur, Chennai, Chennai.

1.2 We deliver across India. We do not, at present, ship to addresses outside India.

2. Charges

Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that. The charge, if any, applicable to your Order is displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

3. Processing Time

Orders are ordinarily processed within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on Friday morning, on a Sunday or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day, in keeping with our hours of business.

4. Delivery Time

4.1 Following dispatch, delivery is generally completed within 3 to 7 working days, the exact period depending on the destination pin code.

4.2 These periods are estimates. Delays occasioned by the courier, by weather or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not entitle you to cancel a dispatched Order.

5. Packaging

Paper is vulnerable to bending and moisture; accordingly we pack pads and notebooks in rigid or moisture-resistant material to preserve flat, undamaged sheets in transit.

6. Tracking and Non-Delivery

6.1 A tracking reference is shared by email or SMS once your parcel is handed to the courier.

6.2 If a parcel is not delivered within the estimated period, notify us at [email protected] or +91 4442550415 and we shall trace it with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address

Please verify your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by you.
