Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when an Order for paper goods placed with Marvelle Palace may be cancelled, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel an Order, in whole or in part, at any time before it is marked as dispatched, at no charge. Send your cancellation request, quoting the order number, to [email protected] or telephone +91 4442550415 during business hours: Monday to Thursday and Saturday to Sunday, 09:00–21:30; Friday 09:00–11:30 and 13:00–21:30 (IST).

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once notebooks or pads have been handed to the courier, the Order can no longer be cancelled. You may instead decline a Cash on Delivery parcel at the door or use our Refund and Returns Policy after delivery.

3. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel an Order where the item is out of stock, where a pricing error is discovered or where the delivery address falls outside our service area. In such an event you shall be informed promptly and any UPI amount already paid refunded in full.

4. Refund of Cancelled Prepaid Orders

Where a UPI-paid Order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount is returned to the originating UPI handle or bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
