Payment Policy

This Payment Policy states, exactly, the methods by which Marvelle Palace accepts payment for stationery ordered through marvellepalace.shop.

1. Accepted Methods

1.1 Unified Payments Interface (UPI) — payable to the handle shown at checkout.

1.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) — the Order value is paid in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

1.3 No other method is accepted. We do not process credit cards, debit cards or any international wallet.

2. Currency

All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown are the prices payable.

3. Confirmation

A UPI Order is confirmed only upon our receipt of successful settlement. Should a UPI payment fail, the Order will not be processed until payment is completed afresh.

4. Cash on Delivery Conditions

Please keep the exact Order value ready, as couriers may be unable to provide change. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in COD being withdrawn for future Orders.

5. Security

We do not see, record or store your UPI PIN or banking credentials. Enter these only within your own trusted UPI application.
