1. What kinds of paper products do you sell?

Our catalogue comprises college- and narrow-ruled notepads, legal writing pads, memo pads and large sticky easel pads, in a range of sizes and colours.

2. Are the sheet counts and dimensions exact?

n

Sheet counts and sizes are stated as supplied by us and are accurate; minor trim variation of a millimetre or two is normal for cut paper.

3. Which payment methods may I use?

n

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

4. How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

n

Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that. After dispatch, delivery within India generally takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your pin code.

5. Do you deliver outside India?

No. We currently dispatch to Indian addresses only.

6. A pad arrived bent or damaged. What should I do?

n

Report it within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, to [email protected]. A damaged, defective or wrongly supplied item is replaced or refunded under our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Can I return a notebook I simply no longer want?

n

Yes, if it is unopened, unwritten upon and in its original wrapping, within 10 days of delivery.
